If you've checked your billing address is correct (including your zip code) and your card is still being declined, your card issuer will have more information and should be able to help resolve things. Unfortunately, our payment processor only gives us a generic error message so we can’t offer additional insight into this.
If you see a pending charge on your card but the order didn’t go through, you will not be charged. We will only collect funds when payment for an order goes through. It’s common for failed transactions to appear as pending charges (also known as authorization holds), but these are temporary and will disappear according to your bank’s policy.
