Can you request a vacation hold or customize my delivery?

In an effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, the window for making changes (including hold requests) is small. If you need to postpone the shipment of the order, please reach out to us via chat or phone and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Once the delivery company picks up your packages, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking links. There you will be able to follow-up on the exact date of delivery.
