How can I tell which products are in or out of stock?

Check the main product detail page. We update the site in real-time to let you know how quickly an item ships or if it’s backordered. However, the backorder notice may appear in a different place on the product detail page depending on the item: 

  • For standalone products such as chairs and accessories, the backorder notice will appear on either the main product page under the name of the product or just above the price and the “Add to Cart” button. 
  • If you’re using the Jarvis or Remi Desk configurator, which you can access by selecting “Design My Own” on the main product page, the backorder notice will appear at the bottom of the panel on the right side of the screen as soon as you select the product or configuration that’s out of stock. 
  • If an option appears greyed-out or cannot be selected, this can mean that it has been discontinued or is out of stock for the foreseeable future. We don’t display a backorder notice in these cases because we don’t have an estimated shipping time frame.
  • Backorder notices for all products are also displayed on the shopping cart page. Any backordered items will have a notice next to them on the left side of this page.
