Warranty Policy

If you don’t see the answer to your warranty question below, please contact us and we will get back to you in approximately 1 to 2 business days.

All warranty claims are processed in accordance with the policies of each item's manufacturer. In some cases, claims should be filed directly with our manufacturer, and Fully will aid as much as possible to help facilitate the claims process.

Please note that it is very common for manufacturers to send replacement parts to address warranty issues. Manufacturer warranties will not cover any costs associated with repairs; however, Fully will work in accordance with the policies of the manufacturers to aid in these repairs.

Agreements made around special circumstances (i.e. floor models, as-is sale items, etc.) outlined at time of sale will supersede corresponding sections of Fully terms and/or our manufacturing partners' warranties.

Warranty policy details 

The following warranty terms apply only to products purchased new-in-box. Any items purchased under special circumstances (i.e. floor models, as-is sale items, etc.) may be subject to a reduced or suspended warranty as outlined at time of sale. The product warranty is valid for the original purchaser of the product only and is non-transferable.


Applicable Warranty Periods

15 Year

Our 15-year Warranty applies to:

  • All Jarvis desk frame components, mechanical parts, motors, and electrical components (Desktops have a 5-year warranty -- please see below)
  • All Remi frame components, mechanical parts, motors, and electrical components (Desktops have a 5 year warranty)
  • All table frames (tabletops have a 5-year warranty) including:
    • Conference Tables
    • Side Tables
    • Picnic Tables
    • Fixed Height Desk Tables
  • Jarvis Benching System frame components
  • Colbe Shelving Unit frame (Shelf tops have a 5 year warranty)
  • Sidekick File Cabinet
  • Desk Casters
  • All Desk Drawers
  • Jarvis Desk Shelf hardware (Shelf tops have a 5 year warranty)
  • Jarvis Monitor Arm
  • Fully Pole Mounted Monitor Arm
  • Jarvis Adjustable Keyboard Tray
  • CPU Holders

7 Year

  • Muvmat
  • Topo Standing Mat

5 Year

  • Luna Stool
  • All Tic Toc seating including
    • Tic Toc
    • Tic Toc Balans
  • Fully Balans

  • Desktops, Tabletops, and Shelf Tops (all standing desk frames and table frames have a 15 year warranty). We do not guarantee a strict continuity of color, grain pattern, or texture across non-sequential purchases or colorfastness over the lifespan of the surface.

(A Limited Lifetime Warranty is a warranty against defect in materials or workmanship under normal use and service after proper installation and is valid for the life of the product.)


Other Notable Warranty Coverages


HAG Seating (Capisco and Capisco Puls)

  • Gas cylinders, controls & functional parts, footrings, and step-ups - 10 years
  • Arm caps, casters, back liners and exposed wood parts & finished parts - 5 years
  • Upholstery materials (foam/mesh) - 3 years

Knoll Seating (ReGeneration)

  • Frame, parts, and foam - 12 years
  • Fabric - 3 years

None of the Fully warranties apply to:

  • Normal wear and tear that occurs over time
  • Wood products that experience natural color changes over time or due to light exposure
  • Damage caused by improper assembly or disassembly, improper cleaning supplies (please see our Fully product disinfecting guide), customer modifications, misuse, abuse, or force majeure, such as fire, hurricanes or floods, use of a product in combination with items not appropriate for that product
  • Labor costs
