Do I get an invoice?
Yes, we send invoices to every customer. If a special VAT regulation was applied on your order the correct messages will show on your invoice. If you've ordered and not received an invoice, please reach out to us by mail [email protected].
Will I pay VAT?
As the UK is an export country, we do not charge VAT on our UK store. The prices displayed on the website include all costs. This means that Fully pays for all import related duties and customs. We deliver "DDP" which means Delivered Duty Paid. This is a delivery agreement whereby Fully assumes all of the responsibility, risk, and costs associated with transporting goods until the buyer receives or transfers them at the destination port.
