Do I get an invoice?
Yes, we send invoices within 2-5 business days of your payment. If a special VAT regulation was applied on your order the correct messages will show on your invoice. If you've ordered and not received an invoice within that timeframe, please reach out to us by mail.
Do I need to pay VAT?
Yes, we charge 20% VAT for all of our UK customers. This because we send out all of our products with Incoterms DDP (Duty Delivery Paid). In this case, there will be no additional import fees at all.
If you entered a valid UK VAT number, the VAT will be deducted from your order, causing your order to ship out with Incoterms DAP (Delivery At Place). In that case, you would receive a Customs Invoice with the import fees once the order has been delivered to your doorstep.
