When can I expect to receive my order?

Shipping Time Frames 

Check the product detail page for item-specific lead times and back-order notifications as this can vary.

For the Jarvis desk and other configurable products, the Design my own feature on the product page will show the lead time for each component.

Fulfillment Locations

We ship from Portland, Oregon, and Nottingham, Maryland.

Your order will ship from the fulfillment center closest to you unless one or more of the items in your order is out of stock at that location. 

Delivery Time Frames

We use FedEx Ground to ship most of our products. If your order is expected to ship freight, we'll let you know via email shortly after you place your order. 

Once your order enters the shipping process, we’ll send an email with your tracking information. Barring unexpected carrier delays, you should receive your order within 1–7 business days.

Our shipping partners process a very high volume of packages, so if you experience any of the following issues, please allow up 7 business days for your tracking to update or for your item(s) to arrive: 

  • Your tracking shows “Label Created” with no further scans
  • Your order is delayed in transit or has a delivery exception
  • The tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your item(s)

If you’ve waited more than 7 business days and your tracking has not updated, please contact us for assistance.
