Most of our in-stock products ship in 1–3 business days, but please check the main product detail page for specific shipment timelines and back-order notifications.
We ship from Portland, Oregon, and Nottingham, Maryland. Your order will ship from the fulfillment center nearest you by default unless one or more of the shipments in your order is out of stock at that location.
Once your order enters the shipping process, we’ll send a confirmation email with your tracking number(s) so you can monitor the shipments.
Barring unexpected carrier delays, you should receive your shipment(s) within 1–7 business days from the date it shipped. We’re also happy to contact the shipper on your behalf if you have questions about your order once it’s on the way.
Canadian orders are shipped in bulk via freight truck every Thursday to help us keep your shipping cost as low as possible. To be included in this week’s shipment, orders must be placed by end of day Wednesday. Tracking information will be provided on Thursday evenings.
Here's a breakdown of the usual shipping timeline for Canadian orders:
- Ships via freight from either Oregon or Maryland every Thursday
- Tracking information is emailed Thursday evening
- Arrives in either Vancouver or Toronto typically by the following Monday
- Shipments are then broken down into individual orders and shipped Purolator Ground for the final delivery
Your tracking information will include an expected delivery date.
