Why is my order arriving in multiple shipments?

We make every effort to ship your items together so that they arrive on or around the same date, but we may have to divide your order into multiple shipments for one or more reasons: 

  • Availability of items ordered
  • Ordered items are shipping from different fulfillment centers
  • Order item(s) are shipping directly from the vendor

Generally, backordered products ship as available and will not prevent the rest of your order from shipping.

However, if the Jarvis or Remi desk frame that you purchased is on backorder, we won't ship the rest of your items until the frame is back in stock. This helps ensure you receive your complete desk on or around the same date. If this is not your preference, please Contact Us and we'll adjust your order accordingly. 

Your order confirmation email will indicate which, if any, items are on backorder. As items enter the shipping process, we will send additional confirmation email(s) with your tracking information.
