In an effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, the window for making changes (including cancellations) is very small. If you need to make a change, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Once an order is shipped, it is not possible to make changes or cancel the order, but you can initiate a return via our Returns form.
Unfortunately, we cannot update or change the billing address on an order once it has been placed. However, in most cases this doesn’t have an impact on the processing of your order. This is for security reasons and to help prevent fraud. For future orders, you can make sure your billing address is updated on your Fully account.
