Warranty Policy

To submit a claim, please fill out our Warranty form. 

General Warranty Terms 

• Warranty coverage applies to products purchased new-in-box. Products purchased under special circumstances (e.g., floor models, as-is sale items, etc.) may be subject to a reduced or suspended warranty as outlined at the time of sale.
• Product warranties are only valid for the original purchaser of the product and are non-transferable.
• Warranty claims are processed in accordance with the policies of the specific item's manufacturer. If the claim needs to be filed directly with the manufacturer, Fully will help facilitate the process. 
• We may send replacement parts to address the warranty issue. Coverage does not apply to the (labor) cost of repairs, but Fully will work in accordance with the manufacturer's policies to help with the repairs. 
• Agreements made at the time of the sale regarding special circumstances (e.g., floor models, as-is sale items, etc.) supersede any corresponding sections of Fully's or the manufacturer's warranty terms. 

Warranty coverage does not apply to: 

• Normal wear and tear that occurs over time
• Wood products that experience natural color changes over time or due to light exposure
• Damage caused by improper assembly or disassembly, improper cleaning supplies (please see our Fully product cleaning guide) customer modifications, misuse, abuse, or force majeure, such as fire, hurricanes, or floods, use of a product in combination with items not appropriate for that product.
• Labor costs

Our 15-year warranty applies to:

• Jarvis desk frame components (e.g. mechanical parts, motors, and electrical components)
  • Desktops have a 5-year warranty
• Remi frame components (e.g. mechanical parts, motors, and electrical components)
• Table frames (tabletops have a 5-year warranty) including:
  • Conference Tables
  • Side Tables
  • Coffee Tables
  • Pub Tables
  • Picnic Tables
  • Fixed Height Desk Tables
• Jarvis Benching System frame components
  • Electrical components are warranted separately by Byrne and carry a 1-year warranty
• Colbe Shelving Unit frame (shelf tops have a 5-year warranty)
• Jarvis Power and Data Rail frame components, mechanical parts, and motors
• Sidekick File Cabinet
• Desk Casters
• All Desk Drawers
• Jarvis Desk Shelf hardware
  • Shelf tops have a 5-year warranty

A Limited Lifetime Warranty is a warranty against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and service after proper installation and is valid for the life of the product.
