Yes, but we don’t recommend this for two reasons:
- The monitor will be positioned too high for most users
- Vibrations traveling through the desk frame, shelf, and monitor arm may cause your monitor to shake or wobble
As an alternative, you can clamp the monitor arm to the side of the shelf, depending on the size of your desktop and shelf, and whether your desk is grommeted.
