Return Eligibility
Most items* can be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery. The Capisco and Capisco Puls chairs can be returned within 90 days. The item must be in like-new condition with all original packaging, including interior and exterior packing materials.
Refunds
We’ll issue a refund to your original payment method once we process your return. Most returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt. Refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
Purchased using Klarna?
- Reach out to them through the Klarna App or contact them directly. They'll pause payments for 21 days as a courtesy.
- If you’re only returning part of the order, Klarna will update your total balance and automatically adjust any remaining payments.
Exchanges
Exchanges are processed as two separate transactions. We’ll issue a refund for your return to your original payment method and will gladly help you place a new order for your preferred item or configuration. We’re unable to apply credit from your return towards a new purchase.
Shipping Fees
- We’ll provide a prepaid label if you initiate a return request within the 30/90-day window.
- Return shipping is free to customers within the contiguous U.S.
- For items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Capisco Lift Returns
- The 265mm lift included with all Capisco chairs cannot be returned for a partial refund.
- Lifts purchased separately can be returned for a refund but we’re unable to accommodate exchanges or swap the lifts before shipping your chair.
Unsit Treadmill Returns
- Return requests must be received within 30 days of delivery.
- Return shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund.
- The return must be in original packaging, including the pallet. Fully helps arrange the freight pickup.
