Items shipped within the contiguous United States can be returned within 30 days for a full refund as long as the item is in like new condition with the original packaging. Our Capisco chairs have a 90-day return window. Anything purchased from the Fully.com website, including desks you design using our "design your own" feature, is covered under our standard return policy, with a few exceptions outlined below. We're unable to accept returns on the following purchases:

- Returns must be approved by Fully within 30 days of receipt.
- Once approved, we’ll issue an RMA number and a return shipping label.
- Return labels expire after 30 days. If you need more time, please contact us.
- Returns are typically inspected and processed within 5 business days of receipt.
- Once we issue the refund, please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear on the original payment method.
- Purchased using Klarna?
- Notify them using the Klarna App or by contacting their support team directly. They'll pause payments for 21 days a courtesy.
- Only returning part of the original order? Klarna will update your total balance and any remaining payments will be automatically adjusted.
Orders shipped outside the contiguous United States
- Items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada can be returned for a refund within 30 days of receipt.
- The original shipping cost is non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. We’ll provide a quote for the return shipping cost along with your prepaid label(s).
- We do not accept returns shipped to a freight forwarder.
- Items missing packaging or damaged beyond the expected wear from light use will incur an additional fee to cover repairs or part-replacement. Please contact us for more information about our restocking fees.
- We do not technically offer exchanges on any of our products.
- Products can be returned for a refund so that you can repurchase your preferred item or configuration, but we cannot provide a credit towards that new purchase.
Capisco Risk-Free Return Policy
- The experience of sitting in a Capisco chair is what started our company. We have yet to find a chair like it: as versatile as it is beautiful in design. We believe in it so much, we offer a 90-day risk-free return policy on both the Capisco and Capisco Puls chairs.
Capisco Lift Returns
- The 265mm lift that comes standard with all Capisco chairs cannot be returned for a partial refund.
- Shorter lifts can be purchased separately and can be returned for a refund, but we’re unable to accommodate exchanges or swap the lifts before shipping your chair.
Unsit Treadmill Returns
- Return requests must be received within 30 days of receipt.
- Return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund.
- The return must be in original packaging, including the pallet.
Fully helps arrange the freight pickup.
