We do not recommend using a curved or ultra-wide monitor on a Jarvis or Pole-Mounted Monitor Arm. Because of the weight distribution, curved, ultra-wide monitors tend to tilt downward unless they are significantly lighter than the arm's weight limit.
The monitor arm is designed to hold a specific amount of weight closest to the VESA plate, where it can provide the appropriate level of tension. When the monitor is curved or if the weight is shifted too far forward, this increases the amount of torque and reduces the overall weight that the arm can support.
